  1. when practical, cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water, and rinse thoroughly
  2. gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before application of the product
  3. apply externally to affected area up to 6 times daily or after each bowel movement
  4. gently apply to the affected area by patting and then discard

"I was gifted these liner/wipes from Ona and WOW! I’m pretty impressed. As a mama of two, going through my second postpartum cycle… I thought I had my go-to recovery products down…. Quickly adding this to my list. I am currently 4wks postpartum and still recovering down there… so I was using another brand for liner/wipes and spray but switched to Ona and the scent was the first thing I noticed… not the scent of the wipes but my scent down there. Unlike the other brand these liners/wipes actually helped with improving my smell down there which is a total bonus for me! IYKYK the postpartum scent is horrible, so if you are looking to balance that out ADD THESE to your registry or cart!"

you’re gonna want this!

"I just gave birth to my four to baby and I was gifted these in exchange for my honest review! I have used witch hazel pads after every baby and having this be a liner changes the GAME. it doesn’t fall out or move around which is helpful. I do wish it was a little longer for my personally and I don’t know if it was a user error but mine started to dry out quickly. Which was unfortunate as I needed them for several weeks! But I do recommend these over the little round pads because it was one full piece. It’s cooling and soothing which helps with your healing process and feels really nice every time you have to change your pad."
